On March 22, 2023, the Assembly of the Carnival Organizing Committee approved the candidacy headed by Christian Rubio. The candidacy will be distributed as follows:
President: Christian Rubio
Vice President: Xavi Fibla
Treasurer: Lucia Clemente
Secretary: Paula Boix
Vice-Secretary: Marc Casanova
Members: David Gil, Tino Piqueres, Rubén Febrer, Cristina Canales, Jennifer Senén and Cristian Gracià.
This new commission faces this challenge with enthusiasm and with a common goal, to work to consolidate the Carnival of Vinaròs as a brand and to be recognized as a Festival of National Tourist Interest. According to Christian Rubio, his team will work in the same line so that the Carnival has the place it deserves and presence throughout the national territory, likewise considers that there is still much to offer and the new commission will strive to remember that the Carnival of Vinaròs is and will be a benchmark in the Mediterranean.
To do this they will try to get an economic boost that will help to improve in every way the acts that headline the Carnival. "There is still a lot of work ahead, we can get it, or not, but the road we are going to do and we will go as far as we can or let us. But I am clear that my intention and that of my team is to manage the Carnival as it deserves," said Christian.
The new Board would like to thank the previous board, and especially all the presidents and commissions for their work and personal involvement in the Carnival.
